General Shipping Policy:
Our products are all made-to-order. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. We ship orders Monday-Wednesday to ensure the quickest delivery times. Orders are not shipped on USPS/UPS recognized holidays.
We offer shipping rates from USPS/UPS to states within the mainland United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been confirmed and placed. This confirmation will outline your order contents and selected delivery method. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Local Delivery Policy:
All orders must have a delivery address that is within Jacksonville, FL and Orange Park, FL.
International Shipping Policy:
Impeccable Wellness does not ship orders internationally. All orders must have a delivery address that is within the United States of America.
Lost, Delayed, & Damaged Orders:
Impeccable Wellness is not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered but not received. Once orders are shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to track package with the given tracking number.
Impeccable Wellness is not responsible for packages that are damaged, delayed, lost, or stolen within the USPS/UPS network.
Impeccable Wellness is not responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrect address given or marked vacant by USPS/UPS. Impeccable Wellness does not ship out replacement packages due to delayed delivery, mistakes by postal workers, or lost/stolen packages.
